What Is Flavor?
At its core, Flavor South Florida is a month-long dining event in September. We partner with restaurants in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast to offer discounted, multi-course prix fixe menus during what is historically the slowest month of the year for restaurants in the area.
Flavor benefits everyone: Restaurants boost their reservations-which helps them stay afloat throughout the year-and you get amazing deals on incredible food.
How It All Began
Flavor was launched in 2007 with just a handful of restaurants. Over the years, we have grown to more than 100 Restaurant Month participants annually, spanning three counties.
