Happy Hour Hidden Gem
One of the best happy hours around? Salute Market in Palm Beach Gardens!
If you love a good happy hour, I’ve got a really great recommendation for you: Salute Market. I only recently discovered the incredible happy hour menu here, and it’s now on my rotation for after-work drinks and bites for sure.
Let’s start with this: On Mondays and Tuesdays, the happy hour menu is available from 3 to 9 p.m.—9 p.m.! So you don’t have to race out of work to meet your friends in order to make it in time for more than one libation. Wednesday through Sunday, happy hour ends at 6 p.m., which is the norm for most places around here.
Now, let’s talk about the menu. All house liquors are just $6, and they include some good ones, like New Amsterdam Vodka, Old Forester 86 Bourbon, and Milagro Blanco and Reposado Tequila. If you’re a wine drinker, this is your spot because all wines (excluding Coravin) are half off by the glass. Salute is a restaurant and wine bar, so obviously they have some pretty great wines, so that’s a win! You get $5 off signature martinis and cocktails, and draft beers are just $2.
If the drink deals aren’t enticing enough, wait until you hear about the food menu. There are half salads for $8 that include Greek, Caprese, Caesar, and beet. Naan breads—topped with goodies like spinach and artichoke, smashed meatballs, barbecue chicken, and more—are also $8. Plus, there’s a variety of small plates like bacon jam deviled eggs, pretzel breadsticks, and a Mediterranean plate, which range from $7-$9 each.
