The Wyndham has transformed itself into a pop-up ski lodge, complete with festive cocktails to match. Enjoy a S’mores Espresso Martini (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlua, espresso, chocolate graham cracker rim, toasted marshmallow), Lodge Nog (egg yolk, white sugar, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla, peppermint schnapps, Tito’s) Snowdrift Old Fashioned (Diplomático reserve rum, Christmas simple syrup, topped with orange foam), and more special drinks in this temporary winter wonderland.

1000 NORTH
Always coming up with new, seasonal beverages, 1000 North has a bevy of holiday cocktails on the menu again this season. Stop in for a Butter Watch Out (butter-washed Ron Zacapa, brown sugar, and cardamom bitters, maplewood smoked and poured tableside) or a North Star (chai-infused Ketel One Citron, orange curacao, lemon, and a dash of cinnamon). One of the newer kids on the block in Jupiter, Mexican-inspired Toro Mambo is getting in on the holiday magic with three special cocktails: the Spiked Horacha, a Winter Paloma, and a Peppermint Martini.

If you’ve ever had a traditional Puerto Rican Christmas coquito, you’re going to love Calaveras’ special Abuelo’s Coquito. The creamy concoction is made with Planteray Dark Rum, Plantary 3 Star, cream of coconut, Madagascar vanilla paste, nutmeg, and topped with a homemade churro.
