For starters, choose from the Bang Bang Cauliflower, Bell & Evans Chicken Liver Pate, Vegetable “Pachadi” Salad, Spicy Tuna Bombs (my favorite!), or Tuna Ceviche (this one’s a $5 upgrade, but if you like ceviche, it’s definitely worth it).
Main course options on the special Flavor prix fixe menu are plentiful. You can opt for a lunch bowl of your choice—try the Butter Chicken Masala, Shrimp Coconut Curry, Beef & Broccoli, or chickpea & Squash, all served with basmati rice and a tomato cucumber salad. Bite into a juicy Stage C.A.B Burger with aged white cheddar, onion, fancy sauce, and sunflower sprouts. Satisfy your seafood craving with the Pan-Roasted Salmon. Or, for a $25 upgrade, splurge on the incredible Mishima Wagyu Tenderloin, served with a buttermilk miso sauce (a $65 value!).
