Lake Park Gem: Seahawk Prime

Dine on prime cuts and fresh, local seafood at renowned Chef David Burke’s new Florida endeavor

The new Nautilus 220 luxury condominiums in Lake Park are the epitome of luxury living. The 24-story towers rise on the harbor, offering unobstructed views of the Intracoastal and Atlantic and boast residential amenities that include a private beach club, on-site bowling alleys, and a golf simulator. Obviously, a gem like this obviously must also house a top-of-the-line restaurant… Enter David Burke.

The renowned chef known for esteemed restaurants like Park Avenue Kitchen in New York City’s Upper East Side (among many others) made his Florida debut right here in Lake Park, opening Seahawk Prime inside Nautilus 220 in early January. The location is the perfect fit for Burke’s new endeavor—a luxury space where the land meets the sea, where diners savor incredible prime cuts and fresh, local seafood.

The 7,500-foot restaurant seamlessly blends with its marina environs, with nautical accents and an indoor/outdoor experience. The menu boasts a balanced array of land and sea: from filets, 40-day dry-aged rib-eyes, and Wagyu hanger steaks to Florida snapper, “angry twin” lobster tails, and a sea scallop-shrimp risotto.

Seahawk Prime is open for dinner seven days a week until 10 p.m. and serves brunch on weekends. Click here to view the full menu and make a reservation.
