JUPITER WINE PROJECT | Jupiter
Sommelier Kenneth Baloyi and hospitality vet Courtney Baloyi have curated a thoughtful collection of premium wines at their Jupiter store, from Old World classics to New World expressions. Each week, they highlight 8 varietals that can be sampled from their tasting dispenser before committing to a bottle purchase. They also host educational events/tastings on site ($30/person), like the upcoming South African Wine Experience April 30 and the Fantesca Experience April 29, where you can learn about regions and vineyards while leisurely sipping. THE TASTING ROOM | West Palm Beach
The concept behind this sexy, speakeasy-like space at Caroline Station is centered on tastings. They offer Casual Bar Tastings at the Tasting Bar (a flight of 4, 3 oz. wines), Social Tastings for groups (2 to 3 hours), and Private Tastings (90 to 120 minutes). For four years, this hidden gem in the Bluffs Plaza has been quietly providing locals with some of the best wines from around the world. Owner Ewa Wyszynska regularly meets with vendors and vintners, searching for unique wines to offer her clients. You’ll find some really unique varietals here, many from women-owned small vineyards and family vineyards that have been around through generations.
