The countdown has begun: Forking Around With Flavor South Florida, the much-anticipated new podcast hosted by Flavor CEO Kerri Paizzi, drops July 9!

For years, Flavor South Florida has been at the forefront of the restaurant industry in our area, supporting local businesses through its longstanding Restaurant Month in September and various promotional events throughout the year. Now the company is branching out in a big way—launching a podcast to shine a light on the realities of the food industry here in South Florida.

Forking Around With Flavor South Florida digs deep into the restaurant scene, featuring guests who know what it takes to make a business work. Restaurant owners, operators, chefs, and more sit down with Flavor CEO Kerri Paizzi for real talk about their challenges, successes, and oftentimes comical experiences. For anyone who’s curious about what really goes into operating a restaurant, this is your ticket to the back of house.

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Kerri, you already know she’s the coolest. Over the years, she’s developed so many close relationships with key players in the restaurant industry, making her the perfect host to ask all the right questions—and get a little personal. You’ll learn a lot about the industry and have some truly “aha” moments for sure. And I’m fairly certain there will be lots of laughs (Kerri’s kinda funny, did ya know?).

Forking Around With Flavor South Florida, which is produced by Hype Boss, has been busy taping episodes at PodPlus Studios in Jupiter, and the first few episodes are dropping July 9. Ahead of the first drop, Flavor South Florida and Hype Boss recently threw a launch party at PodPlus Studios, where industry insiders and local foodies sipped cocktails, snacked on delicious bites, and got a sneak peek at a few clips from the podcast.
