We headed to the Hilton West Palm Beach the other night to witness some of our favorite local chefs and restaurants be awarded plaques for their 2026 Michelin honors. See how the night unfolded and who we ran into!

Back in May, we announced Michelin’s big Palm Beach County winners for 2026. And the other night, we got to see all of the amazing chefs and restaurant owners be celebrated for their achievements in person.

On Monday, Discover the Palm Beaches gathered everyone at the Hilton West Palm Beach for the presentation of the official, and well-deserved, plaques—and it was quite the party! It was so great to see so many of our friends in the industry be recognized for all of their hard work and incredible talent. Spirits were high, drinks were flowing, and the energy was blazing.

The night started out at Moody Tongue Sushi at the Hilton, where we noshed on nigiri prepared by Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri and sipped some of the restaurant’s famed craft beers. Then it was into the “press room” for the presentations.

We watched as, one by one, the awardees walked up to receive their plaque—Chef Pushkar Marathe from Stage and Ela Curry & Cocktails, Chef Tim Lipman from Coolinary & The Parched Pig, Chef Jeremy Ford from The Butcher’s Club (all Michelin Recommended), and so many others… including Chefs Osmel González and Camila Salazar from Emelina, which was the only area restaurant awarded a coveted Michelin Star.

Side note: It was so cool to see so many Flavor participants on the stage! And you’ll be able to dine on their award-winning cuisine for a steal all September long. We’ll be announcing the full list of restaurants for 2026 on August 11, so check back next week for our big reveal.
