Kyle’s World

A look at some of the newer eateries in Kyle Greene’s Treasure Coast restaurant empire

If you live in the Treasure Coast (or nearby) and like to dine out, you’re no doubt familiar with Kyle Greene. A TC local, Greene is the brains and talent behind some of the area’s top restaurants—like Kyle G’s Prime Seafood & Steaks on Hutchinson Island, Kyle G’s Oyster & Wine Bar in Port St. Lucie, and Oak & Ember in Stuart and Port St. Lucie. Starting out behind the bar at places like The Capital Grille (where, fun fact, Flavor South Florida owner Kerri Paizzi worked at the same time as the company’s marketing director) and in the kitchen at spots like Rotties, the restaurateur has since built an empire that now comprises seven award-winning restaurants in the area.

The name Kyle Greene may be synonymous with fresh seafood and perfect steaks, but he’s no one-trick pony. Greene’s empire also includes fine Italian dining, a specialty chicken rotisserie and cocktail bar, and more.

Nonna’s opened in Jensen Beach in 2023, serving Italian favorites like chicken Parmesan, veal saltimbocca, meatballs, and lasagna alongside gourmet pizzas, pastas, meat dishes like pork osso bucco, and a delectable lobster Franchise. In Port St. Lucie, Amore Italian Chophouse opened just last summer—a modern, rustic Italian-American steak house featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes like braised beef tortollini and linguini with clams, in addition to their prime filets, NY strips, and tomahawks. (Don’t miss their Apertivo Hour, where all liquor is 50 percent off from open to close at the bar and outside, and from 6 p.m. to close throughout the restaurant!)

And perhaps the most unique eatery in the bunch: The Chicken Place in Port St. Lucie! Everything on the menu here is bursting with flavors, centering on authentic, Latin-inspired rotisserie chicken. Order a juicy rotisserie and customize it with your choice of a dozen tropical rubs and sauces, plus two sides for just $25 (for a whole chicken; half a chicken is just $15). The menu also includes Chef creations like arroz con pollo, seafood chaufa fried rice, tequila lime shrimp scampi, and churrasco steak a la brasa and basic chicken musts like wings and tenders.

Make your night out extra special by booking a ride with Kyle G’s luxury chauffeur service (prices vary; available online at kylegrestaurants.com).

Kyle G’s Prime Seafood & Steaks, Kyle G’s Oyster & Wine Bar, Oak & Ember, Nonna’s, Amore Italian Chophouse, and The Chicken Place are all participating in Flavor South Florida 2026 in September—be sure to stop in for dinner!
