Grand Opening: Arthur & Sons
The award-winning New York Italian restaurant opens its doors in Jupiter February 27th
Those missing the old Uncle Eddie’s in Jupiter are gearing up for its replacement: Arthur & Sons. The New York–based Italian restaurant is opening in the Bluffs Plaza on U.S. 1 at the end of the month.
Known for its large, family-style portions of Italian favorites like spicy rigatoni alla vodka, chicken Parmesan, and Old School Sunday Gravy, Arthur & Sons quickly gained popularity in New York’s West Village after it opened in 2022 and earned Michelin recognition shortly thereafter.
The kitchen is by restaurant owner Chef Joe Isidori, a third-generation New York chef who opened a series of restaurants for Trump International in the early 2000s, including the Michelin-starred DJT in Las Vegas. After parting says with Trump, he opened craft burger joint Black Tap in New York, expanding the business globally to places like Dubai and Singapore.
After selling his stake in Black Tap, he eventually opened Arthur & Sons in New York. The restaurant’s name is a nod to three generations of chefs in the family—his grandfather, dad, and himself—and the eatery is rooted in family, familiarity, and authenticity.
Isidori’s mom moved to Abacoa in the early 2000s (his father is deceased), and Isidori followed suit with his wife and son after the pandemic. And when the old Uncle Eddie’s space became available in Bluffs Plaza, he jumped on it.
Jupiter locals are so ready for it—the “Arthur & Sons: Coming Soon” sign has been hanging on the door for months, building the anticipation. On February 27, we’ll finally be able to walk through the doors and savor the Italian goodness. The space, described by Isidori as a cozy “clubhouse,” is filled with Old World charm like intricate millwork, comfy booths, and nostalgic portraits hanging on the walls. One might call it Isadori’s passion project, a return to his roots and a place he plans to spend a lot of time as the chef plans on being present in the kitchen most nights.
The Jupiter location will offer valet parking and be open from 4 p.m. to midnight Thursday through Saturday, until 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday. Click here to book a reservation.
